To live stream on YouTube, you need a verified channel with no live stream restrictions in the past 90 days. For mobile streaming, a minimum of 50 subscribers is required for users 18 and older. For users ages 13-17, at least 1,000 subscribers are needed. Desktop streamer has no subscriber minimum. In addition, you will need a compatible device ( Android 8.0+ or ios 8+ for mobile) and strong internet connection.
